Old Orchard Beach Motel

Amazing time with myself and my hubby in the Barbie house. Staff were absolutely amazing and willing to fulfill our every need. We will be coming back to this motel every year! The beach house was absolutely immaculate and offered all sorts of amenities. Thank you to the amazing staff and ownership for making our stay one in 1 million.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel by the beach, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is absolutely perfect with easy access to the sandy shores. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, one example being the refreshing pool. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the owner. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their passion for hospitality truly shines through in every detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway. Five stars all the way!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and service we experienced during our stay! Very kind and responsive to any of our needs. Really cute beach themed rooms. Right near train tracks so if noise is a problem, consider that. A/C worked great! Beds were okay. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t lacking at all! The outlets weren’t the best for charging things but did the job eventually! We asked for a broom to sweep our sandy floor and they immediately accommodated. The parking lot is a little tight to get through mostly because people don’t know it’s a one way or respect the “no parking” areas. Right next to a crosswalk to get to the beach! Will definitely book here again if we come back because the staff really went above and beyond! Thank you!!

Stayed at Old Orchard Beach Motel for two nights with my family and we loved everything about it. The heated pool was great. Rooms were very clean. Staff were very helpful and respectful to all of our needs i would highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic stay at the Old Orchard Beach Motel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was—from the rooms to the common areas. You can tell the staff really takes pride in maintaining the property. The hospitality was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and truly above and beyond. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such genuine service these days! The location was also super convenient, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and all the local attractions. Whether you’re coming for a weekend getaway or a family vacation, this place has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Amazing heated pool as well!! Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be coming back next summer!

Amazing family run motel, the staff were more than helpful with all of our requests. The accommodations were amazing and recommend this vacation spot to everyone I speak to. We will be regulars every summer at the Old Orchard Beach Motel.

Very friendly staff. Super warm pool. 50 yards from the beach. Yes, there is a train that runs behind the motel, as is the case for the rest of the motels in the area. We had an amazing stay.

Recently stayed here, the locations is perfect right by the beach. Great costumer service the staff were lovely and available. The owner made us feel right at home and made it accessible to reach him. Highly recommend this place.
